Sometimes life can be stressful, and facing these challenges can be overwhelming. UT Health Services provides a variety of Behavioral Health Services to assist you with support, problem-solving, and enhancing coping skills.
These services include: comprehensive assessment, medication management, mental health screening, counseling and psychotherapy.
We are also able to offer “transitional care” for patients being discharged from the hospital. Patients are seen within one week post-discharge and again within 30 days to assure they are continuing to feel well and have access to the resources they require. After the transitional care visit(s), patients can either continue care with our practice or be referred to the patient’s provider of choice, including their treating provider.
